i lost app 32 pounds over the passed six months yet, personally i barely notice any physical changes, yet, many of my clients just see me and notice the changes that i have made over the passed few months. i never quite enjoyed exercising ever since young so i tried watching my favorite movies and music videos which helped to pass the time soooo much more faster. although i still want to lose another 20 pounds, im worried to how i am going to keep my healthy habits for the rest of my life
@eyescaps34 I know! I feel the same, I loss confidence when I started gaining weight, now my partner is encouraging me to try diet plans. Now I’m currently using the programs offered by WeightLossAction. Info, and so far I am seeing great improvements.
Thanks for sharing your story and tips. It helps me to stay motivated on my weight loss journey. I totally agree that loving yourself is the most important part. I lost 50lbs before, but I ws still depressed and insecure. It didn’t last long. Now I feel so happy with myself.

Recently i’m working on this free video tutorial on how to manage time like a pro .. and i was hoping if you are intersted in helping me to present these videos .. i’ll just write the script and send it to you . i too will present it but i thought maybe if we two did it .. it would really be much effective. Drink 20-25 cups of water daily for a month is all it take.
