    @JaymeeFoxes Yeah… I’m happy that you are actually coping with your weight problems.. My girlfriend Ashely was like you.. Just like you.. She told me that its really hard to lose weight especially you are a food lover.. My girlfriend is a food lover not to mention.. hehe..Good thing she was able to lose a massive huge of weight..

    Hey! Just wanted to say, tofu has a very very very high estrogen level, which can cause hormonal imbalances for both males and females. In the traditional Chinese culture, they actually don’t consume tofu. It’s replaced either tempeh or fermented tofu. Regular tofu is used for cleaning their fields there.
